The Service is being provided for both personal and commercial purposes. When using our service, you agree that you do NOT:
- use the service for other than QR-code generation and the optional URL shorten service that comes with it;
- violate or infringe the copyrights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other rights of any person;
- post or submit libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, harassing or otherwise actionable or objectionable material;
- post or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional links or spam;
- use automated scripts, spiders, bots or similar means to harvest or collect member information or other information from the Service
- use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable or overburden the Service or violate the law;
- hotlink any media, such as the images created.

Limitation on Liability

LinQR.to takes no responsibility for generated QR-codes. It is the user's own responsibility to check the generated QR-code with QR-code scanner apps available. In no event LinQR.to will take responsability for broken or illegible QR-codes.

IN NO EVENT WILL LinQR.to BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS AND LOST DATA), OR FOR ANY DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) AND EVEN IF LinQR.to WAS AWARE THAT SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT OCCUR.

Disclaimers

The short URL's we provide are never set to expire or to be disabled. However, we reserve the right to disable any URL that we suspect is being used for spamming/illegal purposes, ban the user or IP address and report to ISP involved.

There is a limit of creating 25 codes per day for both individuals and companies, unless you have an account. You may get an account by buying some credits.

Credits bought are non-refundable.

LinQR.to is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site regardless of the cause or source, or for the conduct, online or offline, of any member or other user of the Service.

If you submit a link, you give us permission to use it as a highlight or show it in the most recent generated codes on the frontpage.

Privacy

We keep track and log all requests in order to enable 'normal' webstatistics. This information is ONLY used for statistical purposes. Private information is never being sold or used for commercial purposes.
